Online Orders

When you order a print or poster you are dealing directly with Robert Hofland, the artist. He is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with the print or poster and with the order process.

Online credit card orders are handled through PayPal. However, you do not have to have a PayPal account - most major credit cards are accepted. During the credit card process you will be given the opportunity to use or decline to use a PayPal account for the transaction. If you do not have a PayPal account, decline this offer.

If you purchase a print or posters with a credit card, I do not know your card number - your credit card transaction takes place between you and PayPal.

When you click on the "Add to Cart" button, notice that the order page address begins with "https://" instead of "http://" This lets you know it is a secure page. PayPal will tell me what you have ordered and where the order should be sent.

Order Confirmation
Once you place an order you will receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming your order. In addition, I will send you a confirmation e-mail. This will make sure you know I have received your order from PayPal, and that your order is in process.

Money Order or Check Orders
Your order will be processed once your check clears, usually in one or two weeks. Instead you can send a certified check or money order, which will be processed immediately.

Packing
Prints are shipped flat between corrugated sheets, and with a protective archival paper sheet over the image surface. Prints also have handling instructions and a certificate of authenticity. Posters are shipped rolled in a cardboard tube.

Shipping
Shipping is free for prints and posters to addresses within the United States. Your order will usually be shipped the next day after I receive it. I will notify you by e-mail once your order ships .

Mailing for nonprofit poster orders is $3 for three posters or less, and free for more than three posters.

Non-US Orders
If you are outside the United States, send me an e-mail noting your country and the print(s) or posters in which you are interested. I will notify you of shipping charges, and of any other requirements.
