This website is best viewed using Microsoft Explorer, in high-color mode (24 bits per pixel) or higher. To check or change your display settings, right-click on your Windows wallpaper, and select Properties, and Settings.

To determine whether your display needs further adjustment, look at the color bars below, which shows percentages of black, red, green and blue.

You should be able to see the differences between each step in all four bars, although it is normal for the last one or two bars to be difficult to distinguish. The 0% rectangle should be pure white, and not have any slight color cast.
